76 Place will be an exciting new home for the Philadelphia 76ers and its fans, creating thousands of new jobs during construction and ongoing operations, generating more than $1 billion in new tax revenues, and anchoring the redevelopment of East Market Street, once one of Philadelphia’s prime commercial corridors. As part of the development process, the team behind 76 Place is committed to working with its neighbors and stakeholders across the city, listening to their questions and responding to any concerns. To date, the 76 Place team has held over 75 meetings with community members in addition to a series of online information sessions.
