Who has final decision on whether the project goes through? Why not wait until new officials are elected?

We are committed to following the process outlined by the City and providing necessary information in a timely manner. All studies completed by our hired consultants and advisors are being submitted to the City as part of the due diligence process and we look forward to their feedback. The proposed ordinances will need to be approved by both the City Council and Mayor.
