76 Place will be an exciting new home for the Philadelphia 76ers and its fans, creating thousands of new jobs during construction and ongoing operations, generating more than $1 billion in new tax revenues, and anchoring the redevelopment of East Market Street, once one of Philadelphia’s prime commercial corridors. As part of the development process, the team behind 76 Place is committed to working with its neighbors and stakeholders across the city, listening to their questions and responding to any concerns. To date, the 76 Place team has held over 75 meetings with community members in addition to a series of online information sessions. What is the best way to get to the community meeting?
The best way to get to the event is via public transportation. For those who prefer to drive, there is parking available.
What will take place at the meeting?
The meeting will provide the opportunity to learn more about the current proposal, which has been informed by community feedback over the last year. Attendees can expect to learn more about the project design, transportation plan, economic impact of the project, tax benefits from the new development, and more details.
Will attendees have an opportunity to ask questions?
Yes, time will be set aside for a question-and-answer session. Fostering an interactive and engaging environment is a priority for the 76 Place team. We will have a team on hand to facilitate the question-and-answer period to ensure the community can talk directly with our project team members.
Who will present from the 76 Place team?
76 Place development team members involved in design, transportation, safety, and community engagement will participate in the meeting.
How will 76 Place integrate feedback from the community into the project?
The 76 Place development team has held more than 85 meetings with stakeholders from throughout the city and made several adjustments to plans based on direct feedback from the community since 76 Place was first announced a year ago. There is more listening to do before 76 Place becomes a reality, and we look forward to making additional updates to our proposal through continued dialogue like this community meeting.

We are prepared to accommodate as many people as wish to attend.
Will the presentation be available in multiple languages?
The presentation will be available in simplified Chinese and English. Consecutive interpretation will be conducted in Mandarin and Cantonese. We will provide headphones for Cantonese speakers for interpretation purposes.
