Will the legally binding “Community Benefits Agreement” be publicly viewable for comment by the community?

The CBA will be public and negotiated by the groups that are party to it, and those groups will be ones that represent Philadelphia communities, not the suburbs. We anticipate the CBA will be reviewed publicly during the public legislative process in City Council, but it is possible there will be other public forums to inform it as well.
