The Area Median Income (AMI) bands and associated rents have not yet been determined for the affordable units, as we believe this should be determined in coordination with community stakeholders. 79 units of new affordable housing would represent a 20 percent increase in the current supply within the three surrounding census tracts. Affordable housing is a city wide issue which we are committed to helping address.
